Basic Details of the Role
The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for ensuring sales through dealerships/Retailers/Customers that he is responsible for deployment of requisite efforts as per Business Plan and ensure the team achieves the targets as per the plan.
Key Deliverables of the Role Setting sales objective targets (volume/value, product and territory wise, new product focused sales) Lead ASE/SE to achieve sales objectives with customer centric approach Devise and execute strategies to counter competition aggressively Setting up & managing healthy distribution model within given geographies & expand distribution to new towns/villages & ensure adequate extraction Monitor & support daily visit of Dealer sales personnel to targeted customer segments. Weekly review of lost sales, and initiating corrective actions at Dealership, in consultation with Dealer. Provide insights to HO for design of effective Major Initiatives Supervise and ensure training (product, systems and sales training) of all field employees in the region.
